Har Ghar Samvidhan Mission:
Distribution of 10,000 Replica copies of Original Calligraphed Constitution of India
Our Vision for this mission:
A unique initiative of Justice Junction and its’ founder Sh. Manish Lawaniya, on completing 10 years of providing legal aid and public service to the common people. In the last 10 years, Sh. Lawaniya and our team has realised that not even the common man but also the well-educated people are oblivious of their rights and duties, under the constitution and this often leads to unnecessary harassment and waste of their precious time and efforts.
Justice Junction as a responsible organisation under the leadership of Sh. Manish Lawaniya, decided to take things in his hand for disseminating awareness, about the constitution of India and motivating the ordinary citizen to learn, about the rights and duties towards our country, while imbibing in them, the necessary spirit and appreciation for vision of the makers of our constitution.
To achieve this vision, he conceived a novel idea to distribute 10,000 Replica copies of the original calligraphed Constitution of India to the general and elite in our country and society.
For completing this target, phase wise distribution of the 10,000 Replica copies of original calligraphed draft/copy of constitution shall be undertaken by him and his enthusiastic team, while meeting people from different walks of life , engaging in meaningful discussions with them, understanding their view points and dispelling any myths in the minds along the way. We firmly believe that correct information shall imbibe pride and remove all prejudice in the common people towards our country and constitution and bring greater cohesion in society.
Along with GCUF, Justice Junction- Advocates & Solicitors (Law office), is celebrating its’ 10th anniversary, while treading on the less traversed & undulated path of disseminating legal service in furtherance of the rights, values and the principle guiding light, enshrined in the ‘Constitution of India’.
On this landmark occasion, we acknowledge the long standing trust shown by our clients, that has made this small milestone satisfying. As, an expression of our deep gratitude and sense of accountability towards the society, Justice Junction has conceived and implemented two unique initiatives ‘Har Ghar Samvidhan Abhiyan’ and ‘Har Ghar Samvidhan Yatra’.
The underlying vision of these 02 pursuits is to inculcate deep sense of pride among the general population, towards our ancient heritage and also to spread awareness, for building a cohesive and self-confident society, on the foundation stones envisaged and embedded in our constitution, by the constituent assembly.
These 02 missions culminated from the seeds sown, during our wide spectrum exposure across the country, for litigations and arbitrations, by the lack of awareness of the general masses and even the legal professionals, about the core values of the constitution. These are the very values around which our nation, India, was stitched again in the realms of the physical actualities, of 1947, from the grand civilizational core of Bharat. We firmly believe that this widespread oblivion of the public, which crept un-noticed in the generations, can be traced to some of the major issues, plaguing the current generation, specifically, the youth grappling for any strong motivation and self-pride, towards our country.
The founders in the constitution committee, would have had a mammoth task to prepare a base and a framework, that will enable organic metamorphosis of the remains of the civilizational masses of Bharat, with deep entrenched generational scars, bruised minds and lost pride, due to persistent systematic exploitation, into a just and equitable society, for peaceful cohesive coexistence.
The testimony of their wise approach, to achieve this mammoth task in the subtlest way, has resulted into the magnificent document, we proudly call our constitution. To dress the wounds and bring hope and pride to the common citizen, the originally calligraphed constitution was adorned with the pictures of civilizational stalwarts of our motherland, persons of importance that shaped history, the grandness of Bharat from the Himalayas to the Indian ocean, from Thar in west to the great sculpting practices of the east and many more.
Their vision was clear and the message was ubiquitous that this civilizational fortune, as was illustrated in the pictures of our heritage, shall enrich the minds of the current and future generations, which shall help in forgetting the pains of past and motivate them to come together and contribute to our nation to achieve greatness.
However, the constitution document remained largely beyond the reach of the majority of the citizens, in any form, leave aside the original calligraphed constitution replica with the pictures and spirit. With this humble small effort of Justice Junction, we are confident that we shall be able to keep that spirit ignited in the common masses, for achieving the vision and dream, originally envisaged for Bharat.
Jai Hind.
We have been travelling far and wide in the country whilerepresenting clients in various courts and also during the uniqueand iconic ‘ Har Ghar Samvidhan Yatra’, One Lakh Km crosscountry voyage to cover maximum taluks, districts, villages, establishments and colleges . During this Yatra, we were appalled bythe lack of awareness of the general masses and even the legalprofessionals, about the significance of the constitution fortheir lives or even the fact that it’s the foundation of ournation.
